Ultima is a Nepali brand that specializes in providing budget smartphone accessories to Nepalese users. Their TWS series, the Atom, has gained popularity in the market, particularly the Ultima Atom 520, 320, and 250. However, the Ultima Atom 192 and 255 are the most expensive models in the series.
Ultima Atom 192 Overview:
Design
The Ultima Atom 192 is a wireless in-ear TWS that features silicone ear tips and touch controls on the stem. The device comes with an IPX4 rating which means you need not worry about damaging your earpieces due to sweaty ears. You can easily fit the earbuds securely into the squarish-shaped case that also features LED lights that indicate the charge. Additionally, there are three different colour options available - black, grey and green.
Audio
These earbuds are equipped with an 8mm sound driver that offers a frequency range of 20Hz to 20KHz. They support the AAC codec and come with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) but do not feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). It is worth noting that ANC is usually found in more expensive earbuds. Additionally, the Atom 192 earbuds have a dedicated gaming mode that significantly reduces latency to only 55ms to 65ms.
Others
When choosing earbuds, it's important to consider the battery life. These earbuds offer up to 6 hours of usage, with the option to extend to a total of 42 hours with the charging case. Even just a quick 5-minute charge will give you 75 minutes of playback time. The charging case comes with a USB-C port for easy charging. These earbuds also come equipped with Bluetooth 5.2, making them compatible with both Android and iOS platforms.
